Yes, the Tampa Bay Lightning are to the Pittsburgh Penguins what the Arizona Cardinals are to the Pittsburgh Steelers. (i should write analogies for the SAT test!)

The Lightning and the Cardinals are both signing old Pittsburgh players at a breakneck pace.

i call the Cardinals "Steelers West" (sort of like another famous team of misfits gone west), so now i will call the Lightning "Penguins Dirty South".
